MacKenzie Gutt: Director & Lead Teacher
MacKenzie holds a Bachelor Degree in Early Child Development and Learning from Central Michigan University. She joined the BBC in May of 2017 as an assistant teacher and gladly accepted the position of lead teacher and director in June of 2019. MacKenzie has several years of experience watching 17 families and working at Central fully accredited center. MacKenzie believes that childhood is a time filled with adventure, and she strives to inspire children to investigate their surroundings and build fascination in their world.

Juli Moore: Assistant Teacher

Juli started working in the BBC as a student through the Adrian College campus employment program in August of 2018. She joined the staff as an assistant teacher in August of 2020 & graduated from Adrian College in the spring of 2020. She has several years of child care experience including being a lead teacher at her previous center. Her favorite part about working with children is seeing the world through the eyes of a child while helping them grow and watching them reach new milestones.
Ayrriana Hunter-Hall: Assistant Teacher

Ayrriana started working in the BBC as a student through the Adrian College campus employment program in January 2020. She became one of the assistant teacher in September 2020. Ayrriana is currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Business and will be graduating from Adrian College in the Spring of 2022. Ayrriana has several early childhood experiences from watching her families children and volunteering at Crestwood High School Early Childhood Education Center. She finds joy in watching the children grow and enjoying seeing their smiley faces everyday!
Grace Halliwill: Assistant Teacher
Grace began working in the BBC as a student through the Adrian College campus employment program in August of 2018. She joined the staff as an assistant teacher in March of 2021. Grace is currently working towards a Bachelor's of Social Work with a minor in Psychology. Prior to her employment at the BBC Grace held several years of experience working at a childcare center in her hometown. Her favorite part about working with children is being able to watch them navigate the world around them and gain new and exciting information they will share with their families at the end of each day.
