MacKenzie Gutt: Director & Lead Teacher
MacKenzie holds a Bachelor Degree in Early Child Development and Learning from Central Michigan University. She joined the BBC in May of 2017 as an assistant teacher and gladly accepted the position of lead teacher and director in June of 2019. MacKenzie has several years of experience watching 17 families and working at Central fully accredited center. MacKenzie believes that childhood is a time filled with adventure, and she strives to inspire children to investigate their surroundings and build fascination in their world.

Sabrina Roe: Assistant Teacher

Sabrina started working in the BBC as a student through the Adrian College campus employment program in September of 2017. She joined the staff as an assistant teacher in August of 2019. Sabrina has several years of experience working with young children, including in a child care center. She believes that having a strong relationship with both the children and their families is extremely beneficial. She strives to create a safe and happy learning environment for all of the infants and toddlers.
Selina Doan: Assistant Teacher

Selina started working in the BBC as a student through the Adrian College campus employment program in August 2016. She became the first assistant teacher in January 2017. Selina recently graduated from Adrian College with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development. She has a passion for working with young children, and believes that every child should be respected and valued as a unique individual.
Maddie Tamlyn: Assistant Teacher
Maddie started working in the BBC as a student through the Adrian College campus employment program in August 2016. She joined joined the staff as an assistant teacher in July 2019. Maddie believes that working with children is one of the most rewarding careers there is! She strives to help children grow in all developmental domains of learning by making specialized and fun activities.
